Bowen is a technique that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body. A gentle form of bodywork where subtle moves performed over the muscles and connective tissue send messages deep into the body, retrieving cellular memory of a preferred, relaxed, balanced way of wellbeing.
Bowen facilitates your body to self heal. It can help with a wide variety of issues ranging for physical ailments such as headaches, migraine, back pain, joint pain. Range of motion (ROM) of joints, such as neck, shoulder, knee and hip complaints.
As well as working with the parasympathetic nervous system to help lower heart rate, stress levels and help alleviate anxiety.

60 MINUTE FOLLOW UP TREATMENT $90 At your first (initial) consult we will have a chat and write down your physical history. From there we will tailor a plan to your needs and you will receive your first treatment.
At your follow up treatment we will re evaluate how you are feeling and continue our plan, making small changes to suit your needs as you progress. |
